A more peaceful relationship with food is possible
What would life look like if food took up less mental space?
Living with constant thoughts about food, exercise, or your body can be exhausting. Whether these struggles have been part of your life for years or you've only recently begun to question your relationship with food, you are not alone. A more peaceful, flexible relationship with food is possible, and there is hope for something different.
Support that meets you where you are
There is no one way to heal your relationship with food. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, support starts with understanding your unique experiences and challenges.
Through a compassionate and individualized approach, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and creating changes that feel realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your life.
I support young adults struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. Together, we work toward a relationship with food and body that allows more space to live your life.
I also support individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period when eating concerns or body image challenges are present.
I welcome clients of all genders, body sizes, racial and cultural backgrounds, and identities.
If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to connect for a complimentary discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
I currently offer virtual nutrition counseling for clients located in MD, DC, NY, NJ, VA, and CA. In-person sessions are available in Pikesville, MD (by appointment).
